About the Role
We need a hands-on builder who enjoys taking products from zero to one. You’ll work across the stack to develop core platform features, internal tools, workflows, and user experiences while helping define technical direction.
What You’ll Build
• Public-facing website and landing pages
• Internal admin dashboard
• Authentication and user management
• Profile and project management workflows
• Search, filtering, and matching capabilities
• Workflow automation and reporting features
• APIs and backend services powering the platform
Tech Stack
Likely technologies include:
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Python, or similar
• Database: PostgreSQL
• APIs: REST and/or GraphQL
• Messaging & Queues: RabbitMQ or similar
• Containerization: Docker
• Infrastructure & Orchestration: Kubernetes
• Cloud: AWS, Vercel, or equivalent
• Authentication: Clerk, Auth0, Supabase Auth, or similar

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain frontend and backend features
• Design APIs and database architecture
• Implement authentication and permissions
• Deliver clean, scalable, production-ready code
• Contribute to technical and product decisions
• Work independently and communicate proactively
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI-powered workflows or search systems
• Marketplace, recruiting, CRM, or operations platform experience
• Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD knowledge
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, message queues, or distributed systems
• Startup or MVP-building experience
Engagement
This is a contract engagement to start, with flexible hours (approximately 20–30 hours per week). As the company grows, there may be an opportunity to transition into a longer-term role as a regular member of the team.
