Our business is growing rapidly and it has huge potential to make profits explosively very soon. Our goal is to become a top seller in the US remote software engineering job market with global talents.

Our collaboration will primarily focus on securing US jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed.

In this role, you will join interviews as a candidate with personal information of our US sales representatives to win jobs.

We will apply for the jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed, and contact with recruiters to schedule interviews.

You just need to take audio/video interviews including introductory, technical and cultural interviews with the interviewers.

You should be able to manage and support processes which are needed to start and maintain the job successfully.

After winning the jobs, our team will handle the projects 100% from start to finish.

Compensation

The Technical Consultant will receive either a monthly retainer of $6,000 (negotiable) or an hourly rate of $60 (negotiable) for part-time work, plus a $500 bonus upon successful job placement.

Requirements

Fluency in English is essential, with a proficiency level of C1 or C2.

Ability to work at least 4 hours within the US time zone.

7+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development with the following technologies as primary skills

• C#, Python, JavaScript, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, AWS/GCP, Angular/React, PostgreSQL

• Design Patterns, Microservices Architecture
