I am looking for a professional Russian speaking Social Media Manager to manage and grow my tourism pages in Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt).

The goal is to reach the maximum number of Russian tourists in a short time — similar to the marketing level of big Egyptian travel brands like Albatros.

What needs to be done:

Full management of Instagram + Russian pages

Creating engaging posts, stories, and high-quality Reels

Running paid ads (Meta Ads) optimized for Russian tourists

Writing captions and communication in natural Russian

Increasing reach, followers, engagement, and direct inquiries

Creating a content strategy focused on excursions, trips, and activities in Sharm El Sheikh

Weekly performance reports and clear KPIs

SMM / Targeted advertising / Content creation

Target audience:

Russian-speaking tourists coming to Sharm El Sheikh (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Baltics, CIS).

Evaluation criteria:

Growth in real Russian followers

Increase in leads/messages from tourists

Quality of Reels and content

Efficiency of paid ads

Clear analytics and measurable results

This is an ongoing long-term collaboration if the results are good.

I’m just starting in Sharm El Sheikh, I want to begin with a focused and realistic setup:

Content: 4–5 posts per week + 4 Stories, mainly highlighting key tours and attractions.

Ads: 3–4 targeted campaigns at first, aiming to reach Russian-speaking tourists in hotels, airport areas, and popular tourist spots. I can provide photos/videos, but I’ll need your expertise to make them compelling for Meta Ads.

I have a monthly budget of around $350–400 total for both SMM management and ads at this initial stage. I understand this is lower than standard rates, but if we can start lean, it will allow me to grow properly and continue long-term collaboration with you.
