Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Agents Manager to oversee the development, deployment, and performance optimization of AI agents across various platforms and use cases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI agent design (including LLM-based agents), prompt engineering, multi-agent coordination, and tool integration. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that AI agents function effectively, deliver consistent results, and align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage the life cycle of AI agents, including design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate the interaction and orchestration between multiple AI agents (multi-agent systems).

Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define use cases and functional goals.

Fine-tune prompts, behaviors, and tools connected to AI agents to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to output quality, latency, and integration.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Auto-GPT), and AI operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing or developing AI agents using tools like LangChain, Auto-GPT, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other LLM platforms.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering, memory management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Experience in coordinating workflows between multiple autonomous or semi-autonomous agents.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong technical foundation.

Nice to Have:

Experience with backend tools or scripting languages (Python, Node.js).

Knowledge of DevOps/AIOps practices for managing AI applications in production.

Background in product management or technical project management is a plus.
