Description

Develop a web application and later on, add web based mobile apps with the same code base.
The application should be developed based on Flutter (and Dart).
First MVP (only the basic web application) till end of January then possibly continue later for further releases.
The web application is meant first for the Netherlands, but later for more countries over Europe or other continents.
