STANDALONE UI/UX DESIGN
$1,500 | For clients who already have a developer
What's included:
- Discovery a short conversation to understand your business, your
users, and what the site/app needs to actually do
- A defined visual system: colour palette, typography, and spacing
rules not just "a look," but a documented set of rules your
developer can implement consistently
- Layout designs for each agreed page/screen, showing structure and
hierarchy (what matters most on the page, and where)
- A basic component library buttons, cards, form fields, etc.
designed once and reused, not redrawn per page
- Two rounds of revisions based on your feedback
- Final designs handed off in a format your developer can build from
(annotated images, or a shared file with measurements/colours
labelled)
What's NOT included at this tier:
- Actual development/coding
- User research or usability testing
- Interactive/clickable prototypes
FULL BUILD (Design + Development)
$3,500 - $5,000 AUD | Everything above, plus the site itself, built and live
Includes everything in Standalone UI/UX Design, plus:
- Full-stack development the actual working site, not just designs
of one
- Responsive build genuinely tested and working on mobile, tablet,
and desktop, not just "should work"
- Deployment and hosting setup
- Basic on-page SEO (page titles, descriptions, structure search
engines can actually read)
- A working contact form or enquiry pathway, if needed
- Security basics HTTPS, sensible DNS/hosting configuration, spam
protection on any forms
- One round of post-launch fixes within [X] days of going live
What's NOT included, priced separately if needed:
- Ongoing maintenance/updates after the post-launch window
- Content writing (you provide the words, or it's quoted separately)
- Paid features beyond a first phase (e-commerce, bookings, user
accounts) quoted as their own scope once discussed
A NOTE ON SCOPE
Both tiers assume a small business site a handful of pages, not a
custom web application. Anything with user accounts, payments, or
complex multi-step workflows gets scoped and quoted separately once
we've talked through what you actually need.
