I have set up and customised a simple editable record keeping system for any Jamaican small business.

Jamaican Small Business Tracker (Excel)

Stop keeping your business in a notebook and your head. This one Excel file tracks your sales, stock, customers, suppliers and expenses, and does the arithmetic for you.

Type in a sale and it fills in the customer name, price, GCT, balance owing, payment status and profit. Stock counts go down as you sell and up as you buy, and anything running low gets flagged. The Customer tab shows who owes you and who hasn't bought in a while. The Dashboard Shows sales, costs, profit and a monthly chart for the year.

It's Built for Jamaica: Prices in JMD, GCT with a Y/N setting per product , all 14 parishes, Lynk and other Local payment methods, and expense categories like: JPS and NWC . It works on a phone or computer with Excel.
Everything is editable, with a Setup tab and a colour guide that show you where to type.

Good for: shops, vendors, food and beverage sellers, beauty and craft businesses, and anyone who sells products and wants to know their real numbers.
