I’ve been in the customer service and sales industry for over 8 years now, working as virtual assistant, insurance telemarketing, loan officer, appointment setter, cold caller and most recently as a Tier III Sales and Technical Agent at Telus International.

On top of my customer service and sales background, I’ve also built skills in GoHighLevel, including workflow automation, drip sequence campaigns for email and sms, sales funnel and website building, CRM and Pipeline management, These skills allow me to not only support customers but also help the business optimize sales processes, eliminate and automate repetitive tasks.
