A space for listening and benevolence

I offer support based on attentive listening, empathy and benevolence. My role is to offer a safe space where everyone can express themselves freely, without judgment, and be heard in all their authenticity.

Through a respectful and benevolent presence, I welcome emotions, questions and experiences with sensitivity. My goal is to help put down what weighs down, to put words to what is going through, and to move towards more clarity, appeasement and self-confidence.

It is a time to feel understood, supported and valued, while respecting the rhythm and needs of each person.
