Crafting comprehensive business plans for agricultural ventures, leveraging my experience in government initiatives and data collection projects.
Assisting clients in structuring their ideas into professional documentation that meets industry standards.
Soil Testing Coordination & Interpretation:
Coordinating efficient soil sample collection and laboratory submission to ensure accurate analysis.
Interpreting complex soil test results and translating them into actionable nutrient management plans and fertilizer recommendations.
Advising on soil health improvement strategies based on principles of Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs).
Integrated Pest and Disease Control Management:
Implementing and advising on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to minimize crop loss and reduce chemical use.
Conducting field diagnostics and visual inspections to identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
Providing expertise in the safe and compliant application of agrochemicals, drawing on extensive training in pesticide laws and best management practices.
Phytosanitary Compliance and Regulatory Services (Specialized Niche):
Offering consultation on meeting national and international phytosanitary standards for import and export.
Assisting clients in navigating documentation requirements, including pre-export inspection protocols and the issuance of required certifications.
