A high-performance Telegram bot written in Java using the latest APIs and libraries. Configuration for bot hosting, including domain and certificate setup, is included. The bot can perform a variety of tasks. This service is an activated stage of the project work, when there is something to deliver.

For the paid service, you receive implemented functionality comparable in complexity to 500 lines of Java or C# code.

These 500 lines include:
- High-speed I/O processing
- Binding the bot to at least the bot launch command
- Saving and restoring bot status (this is sometimes necessary in the event of server crashes, so that interactions can resume where users left off, rather than from the beginning)
- Integration with OpenAI via its API, if needed
- A chunk of the bot's business logic corresponding to the stage
- Separate bot administrator roles that can block and unblock users, save and restore bot statuses if necessary
- Database schema migration with schema versioning (Liquibase or similar)

Along with the code and its build, you'll receive a removable runtime configuration for the circuit, where you can test the bot's operation. You'll be able to track the completed work linked to tasks in the corresponding task management system, where source code changes are linked to task definitions.
