Web application development based on popular content management systems. By default, I suggest using the free WordPress. This includes hosting selection, domain purchase, DNS hosting selection, certificate selection, installation and configuration of the necessary software, including not only web servers but also load balancers, etc. For a truly custom application, we'll write it from scratch using Spring MVC + Thymeleaf + Bootstrap, with design development in Figma. We typically deliver results within a week that are validated and ready to be delivered.

For the paid service, you'll receive a digital assistant comparable in complexity to 500 lines of code in C#, Java, or PHP.

These 500 lines may include:
- A user interface prototype in Figma (up to 500 elements)
- Configuration of the web application's IT landscape, including hosting, certificates, load balancers, etc.
- A section of business logic distributed between the client and server sides
- Database schema migration logic (Liquibase or similar)
- Configuration of the IDM system for identification, authentication, and authorization, if integration with government services/social media/other external user sources is required (if necessary)
