Fully Dimensioned Floor Plan(s): Showing all relevant dimensions, room names, window/door sizes, specific plumbing fixture locations, and cabinetry layouts.
Site Plan: House plan professionally overlaid on your provided site survey. Includes basic site context, setbacks, and proposed new construction.
Exterior Elevations: All four sides of the building, accurately reflecting proposed materials, finishes, heights, and general fenestration.
