As an Excel professional, the following are the steps I took to complete the job.

Scanned through the spreadsheet to identify issues like missing values, duplicates, and formatting inconsistencies
Removed the duplicate from rows & Columns by using the data table & removing duplicate entries
identified the missing and incomplete entries and removed them
Sorted and organised the data in a new workbook with the help of functions like Flash Fill ( CTRL+E )
Formatted the data for Readability by adjusting column widths and row heights.
created a table for convenience by applying a simple function CTRL+T
