• Supervising the implementation of infrastructure and road projects with a total value of up to $3 million
• Manage and implement 3 simultaneous projects in different locations
• Lead a team of more than 12+ individuals (engineers, technicians, surveyors, workers)
• Ensuring adherence to technical drawings and specifications and achieving the highest quality standards
• Carrying out and following up excavation, backfill, road layers, and concrete bases
• Prepare daily technical reports, analyze work progress and make corrective decisions
• Coordination with contractors and consultants to ensure efficient workflow

• Direct supervision of the implementation of civil projects on site
• Manage the task forces and follow up on the progress of implementation according to the schedule
• Preparation of engineering plans (structural and architectural)
• Carry out surveying work using Level and GPS devices
• Solve technical problems in the field and reduce delays in implementation
• Communicate with clients and consultants to ensure project requirements are met

- Supervise the implementation of building and infrastructure works
• Follow-up on the quality of implementation and conformity with technical specifications
• Preparation of technical reports and follow-up of project progress
