Lead the legal work and ensure the legislative protection of the institution by providing strategic consulting, conducting in-depth research and studies, and drafting contracts and judicial memoranda in a tight manner that prevents disputes and reduces legal risks.
Consulting and Risk Management (Consultant Role): Providing legal advice and proactive support to senior management in all strategic decisions and directions.Assessing the legal risks of commercial or administrative transactions and proposing alternative and safe solutions.Representing the organization in legal negotiations and settling disputes with external parties amicably.Legal drafting and editing (Editor's Role):Drafting, reviewing and auditing all contracts, agreements, and local and international memoranda of understanding.Preparing internal regulations, administrative decisions, case papers and reply memoranda Controlling the linguistic and legislative wording of texts to ensure that they are free of gaps and do not conflict with the applicable regulations.Research and Legislative Analysis (Researcher's Role):Monitoring and following up on the legislative amendments and newly issued laws and determining the extent of their impact on the institution.Extracting precedents, judicial rulings and identical legal principles to support the legal position of the institution.Collecting evidence and documents and analyzing them carefully to prove rights and resolve existing issues.Development and Reporting (Role of the Study Preparer): Prepare comparative legal research and studies to develop systems and update the internal policies of the institution.Write analytical reports and policy papers on legislative problems and propose the necessary amendments to keep pace with the changes.Evaluate the legislative impact of the new laws on the organization's work environment and provide practical recommendations to adapt to them.
