Hello, I'm Ahmed, Egyptian, 25 years old, veterinary medicine student at Egyptian Chinese university. I also studied Civil aviation management from 2020 to 2022 yet i had to drop out then i settled in Veterinary medicine. As per my work experience, i worked at Sutherland global services, New Cairo for one and half years, started as a tech advisor for home internet and fiber and tv and VoIP, then after a 9 months client to shift the account to sales and me among few people were selected due to our tech background and numbers and rank were high to migrate to MTS mobility tech support, btw, client were AT&T. then i worked for Atheel it was a short project lasts for 6 months, my job mainly was documenting the cx voice mails regarding doctor visits, and x-ray imaging, inquiries regarding medical prescriptions and send to Florida hospitals by mail.
