out, retrofit, refurbishment, remodeling, retail, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and facilities upgrade projects from concept
design through final handover. Proven expertise in pre-construction planning, design management, engineering coordination,
tendering, procurement, technical evaluations, authority approvals, construction management, testing & commissioning, project
closeout, and lifecycle management.
Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while
delivering multiple concurrent projects within budget, schedule, and quality objectives. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality
(DM), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, HSE, and international engineering standards. Currently leading multiple
retail developments, fit-out, refurbishment, and retrofit projects, including a 17+ MWp Solar Energy Project, supporting
sustainability initiatives, operational efficiency, and long-term asset performance through value engineering and strategic project
delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage concurrent retail MEP, fit-out, refurbishment, retrofit, and facilities upgrade projects across multiple Union Coop
portfolio.
• Evaluate MEP requirements during concept, feasibility, and pre-construction stages, ensuring technical viability, operational
efficiency, and budget alignment.
• Lead preparation of MEP tender packages and define technical scopes.
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations, prepare tender recommendation reports, and support contractor
selection to ensure technical compliance, commercial competitiveness, and successful project delivery.
• Manage project budgets (CAPEX), monitor project expenditures, evaluate variations, and implement cost optimization
through value engineering.
