- A daily revenue reconciliation engine that matches orders, charges and payouts from three gateways into one Postgres ledger, with an exceptions queue and heartbeat monitoring
- Weekly marketplace KPI reporting that pulls three APIs into a 20+ tab Google Sheet and emails a report every Monday
- A field operations app with digital inspections, a 3,000+ part catalog with AI estimates and 7 user roles
- A multi-channel revenue dashboard that replaced six logins and a rebuilt monthly spreadsheet
