Developed a comprehensive HSSE Management System (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) and documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance for a fast-growing contracting company in KSA. The system was specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of the Saudi Regulations & Laws, Saudi Civil Defense, the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS), and the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), facilitating the acquisition of necessary operating permits.
Served as the Business Consultant leading the company's complete business transformation, relocation, and merger for market entry into Oman. Responsibilities included developing the new comprehensive Business Model, detailed Business Plan, Organizational Structure, and defining the detailed Services Scopes & Structures, ensuring the merged entity maintained a strong commitment to HSE&Q and achieved strategic positioning in the regional energy sector.
As the Environmental Expert, I led the Environmental and Social Feasibility component of a major Feasibility Study for rural WASH and sustainable desalination systems for Vision Hope International. I conducted a comprehensive ESIA, assessed environmental feasibility of desalination (including innovative brine disposal management strategies like Salt Extraction and Salicornia cultivation), contributed to the development of data collection tools, Market Assessment for Desalination Companies, and provided final recommendations based on deep data analysis.

• Contractor Management: Managed and directed contractors' compliance efforts, including rigorous review and approval of pre-construction documentation : C-ESMP, H&S Plans, Waste Management Plans, and site-specific HSE Plans.
• Assurance & Auditing: Conducted planned site audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with the HSSE minimum requirements. Documented and enforced immediate corrective actions for site non-conformities.
• Risk & Incident Management: Led hazard identification, risk assessment (ALARP principle), and immediate incident/near-miss investigation and reporting, ensuring effective contingency measures were maintained.
• Capacity Building: Developed and delivered targeted training sessions and inductions to contractor personnel, promoting a strong Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) culture and communicating UNOPS HSSE expectations.

Hired as the Environmental & Social Lead Consultant to deliver critical safeguard documentation for a large-scale sewage system design project for UNICEF Yemen. I independently prepared and developed the comprehensive Environmental Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Report and the detailed Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) from scratch for the Sewage System of Kua’aydenah City, ensuring the project design incorporated appropriate mitigation measures and met international donor standards (UNICEF & KFW).
Contracted as the Environmental & SDG Consultant to contribute specialized environmental expertise to the "Digital Innovations for Sustainable Development" initiative with UMS and ORD. I prepared the detailed project implementation plan, defined the strategic direction for the seminar (focusing on leveraging AI, IoT, and Blockchain for SDGs), and developed a strategy to integrate SDGs into the university's academic structure (including research guidelines).
Hired as the Environmental and Climate Change Consultant & Proposal Developer, I designed and wrote the entire project concept from inception to final submission for the IKI Small Grants International Calls 2024. Engaged as the Environmental & Social Safeguards Expert / E&S Proposal Author to develop the comprehensive Technical Proposal that successfully won the IOM/KfW contract for the Environmental, Social Management Plans (ESMPs) for the "Enhanced water resource management" project. The proposal articulated the methodology for developing ESMPs for water projects, ensuring adherence to strict international standards, including the World Bank Environmental and Social Standards, and defining the approach for the ESCOP and Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM).

I was directly responsible for the timely completion and approval of 12 high-priority Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs) for water, sanitation, and energy projects.
