I am an HR professional with hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Currently working as a Management Trainee – Operations, I support end-to-end HR operations including documentation, employee record maintenance, HR audits, POSH committee coordination, and HRMS data management using PeopleStrong. I also assist in Performance Management System (PMS) processes, ensuring smooth coordination, tracking, and reporting.

Previously, I worked as a Management Trainee – Recruitment, where I handled end-to-end hiring activities such as sourcing, screening a high volume of resumes, job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding for Pharmaceutical and Animal Healthcare companies. My internship experience in the hospitality industry further strengthened my exposure to onboarding, clearance processes, interview coordination, and Learning & Development initiatives.

I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and process-driven, with a strong interest in supporting efficient HR systems, compliance, and positive employee experiences while contributing to organizational goals.
