I serve as a trusted advisor, developing and implementing safeguarding policies and training programs for staff, partners, and communities. I strengthen reporting mechanisms and lead investigations, ensuring adherence to survivor-centered, trauma-informed approaches. I conduct risk assessments, monitor compliance, and build local capacity to mitigate safeguarding risks. I coordinate with HR and external actors, documenting cases and recommending systemic improvements to enhance organizational frameworks.
