A professional committed to human rights and development, I have several years of experience in program management, community mediation, humanitarian and legal assistance, as well as in the design and writing of projects funded by national and international donors. My career has been marked by a strong involvement in crisis contexts, with a focus on the protection of women and children, the prevention of community conflicts and the strengthening of social cohesion.
I have developed an expertise in the prevention and management of land and community conflicts, particularly between herders and farmers. As a mediator on issues of slavery and human rights violations, I provided social, humanitarian and legal assistance to victims, facilitating their access to justice through gender-sensitive approaches.
My experience includes a significant contribution to governance, security and stabilization projects, particularly in the Liptako-Gourma region. I participated in strengthening the penal chain and restoring the justice sector, while carrying out targeted actions on gender and social inclusion, in particular the fight against gender-based violence (GBV) and the marginalization of women.
In parallel, I have a strong background in grant writing, specializing in human rights, gender, governance, and crisis contexts. I am proficient in the entire project development cycle: needs analysis, development of logical frameworks, budget management, monitoring and evaluation planning, and drafting of proposals and analytical reports.
My skills in research, thematic analysis and data management ensure the quality and reliability of the information. I have conducted numerous social surveys in collaboration with civil society organizations and national and international partners.
In addition, I have complementary experience in the tourism sector, strengthening my listening, adaptation and service skills in multicultural environments.
As a committed leader, I promote sustainable and inclusive development. Recognized for my integrity and rigor, I make the link between global ambitions and local realities, contributing to projects with a strong social, economic and environmental impact.
