My path to becoming a business analyst wasn't exactly straight. I've been a theater technician, artist, waitress, Japanese language teacher, translator, and content writer. But every twist taught me something valuable about how people work and what makes processes tick.

Eight years ago, I discovered my calling when I started as an assistant at a process optimization company. I watched how small changes could transform entire workflows, and I was hooked. I decided to start my own company and develop a systematic approach to help businesses in the way they deserve.
