My career within large groups such as BNP Paribas, Veolia, Geodis, OMNES Education and EDF has allowed me to manage complex projects with high stakes, ranging from the deployment of SD-WAN, NAC (Cisco ISE) and VPN solutions, to cloud migration and the redesign of LAN/WAN architectures on multi-site perimeters in Europe.
My approach combines methodological rigor (Agile, V-Cycle), cross-functional management, and fluid communication between the technical teams, business lines and sponsors.
