Built and maintained production RAG systems using LangChain, OpenAI, and Claude APIs. Designed multi-step retrieval pipelines with vector databases (ChromaDB, pgvector), implemented tool calling and relevance thresholds, and fine-tuned LLMs with LoRA improving accuracy from 78% to 92%.
