Esther Ariella

I am a graduate of School of Business and Management Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB) with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship. My background combines hands-on entrepreneurial experience, corporate HR exposure, and banking project development.

I previously founded and managed my own clothing line business, which gave me strong skills in branding, marketing strategy, and operational execution. I also gained professional experience as an HR Reward Intern at Unilever, where I learned about compensation strategy and employee engagement.

Currently, I work in Funding Business & Project Development at a local private bank, focusing on strategic planning, and business project development.
