I offer guidance and mentorship support to learners through a special elaborate assessment and evaluation program.Given a combination of my professional in Sociology and passion in teaching,has played a key role especially in assessing the student's varied needs that contribute to their performance.I assess different areas like home/family background, personal background, school background, transitional adjustments,IQ, Content Analysis, Questions comprehension, Answering techniques and other relevant factors in question.Through this,I develop Individualized learning program taking into consideration of the needs identified.I have successfully helped students adjust especially for dynamic factors and through CBT, students have fully realized their potentials, accept static situations, identify supportive pillars in fully realization of their dreams in the academic journey.Creating a good rapport has become a challenge to most of the teachers and parents which has resulted to negative outcomes in general performance of students.To address this, I offer continuous mentorship to students,integrate the broken ties between students and their parents, sometimes extending it to teachers or other stakeholders of concern.Students need to be listened to and before you confront them about their poor performance,seek to first understand and diagnose the origin of the challenge.This is what I basically do before designing an adjustable evaluation program for each learner.
