I am a Tech Recruiter providing end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination support for IT and technology roles. I support companies throughout the entire hiring lifecycle from understanding role requirements to successful onboarding and post joining coordination.

My services include sourcing and screening suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offer rollouts, and guiding candidates through onboarding documentation. I also handle background check (BGC) coordination and ensure all required documents are compiled, verified, and submitted to HR and internal systems.

In addition to recruitment, I provide strong operational and administrative support. This includes uploading candidate documents (CV, NDA, contracts) into platforms such as Beeline, coordinating inductions, and sharing clear guidance on timesheets, reimbursements, and company processes.

I actively monitor weekly and monthly timesheet submissions, follow up on pending approvals, and ensure timelines are met to avoid salary delays. I also assist with claim submissions, invoice verification, and coordination with finance teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

I work closely with HR, finance, vendors, and candidates to ensure smooth communication, compliance, and accurate record keeping at every stage. My approach is detail oriented, proactive, and transparent, ensuring both clients and candidates experience a smooth and reliable process from start to finish.
