NLP Models for Biomedical Text Analysis on PubMed Dataset. Developed NLP models for biomedical text analysis using the PubMed dataset. Created token-level, character-level, and hybrid models to tackle various NLP tasks. Achieved 79.3% accuracy on best model and successfully addressed challenges like classifying an abstract in different labels to make it more readable.


Realtime Voice RAG Agent: Implemented a real time conversation bot that converses with the users based on provided documents and user uploaded data. Developed using Langchain, Microsoft Azure STT and TTS and openAI Embeddings model with pinecone database.

Estimation of obesity levels based on eating habits and physical condition: Developed machine learning models for obesity level estimation in individuals from Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, achieving high accuracies using a dataset of 17 attributes and 2111 records.
