I’m a resilient and detail-oriented professional with experience in both in-person and remote work environments. Over the years, I’ve worked as a cashier, remote customer support assistant, and data operations specialist, developing strong skills in communication, financial reporting, customer service, and CRM tools.

I’m confident working with Google Workspace, Excel, Typeform, and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Zendesk to manage data, support customers, and streamline operations. My background also includes forex trading and agricultural project coordination, where I learned to analyze data, manage budgets, and deliver accurate reports under pressure.
