Presentation
Here's what that looks like day to day: I manage your inbox and calendar so nothing important gets buried or double-booked. I build clear documentation and SOPs for your recurring processes, the kind your team can actually follow without you explaining it every time. And I coordinate the small operational pieces (scheduling, follow-ups, task tracking) that eat up your time but don't need your specific expertise.
My background is in Economics and Accounting, and I've handled admin and documentation work across different settings, from managing meeting records and internal reporting for a small business, to inventory tracking and quality control in an internship role. That mix gives me a structured, detail-oriented approach to systems and documentation, not just task execution. I work comfortably across Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and basic CRM tools, and I'm set up for fully async collaboration, so time zone gaps between us won't slow anything down.
What sets me apart: most VAs wait to be told what to do. I look for the recurring problem behind the task and build a system so it stops needing to be handled manually. If your calendar's a mess, I don't just fix today's schedule, I set up a process so it stays fixed.
