Based in Abidjan, I have been supporting managers, entrepreneurs and investors for more than 10 years in the legal security of their activities — mainly in the OHADA area, this common business law that applies to 17 African countries including Côte d'Ivoire.

I have developed a conviction over the course of the cases: a company that is well structured legally from the outset avoids years of complications. And this work doesn't necessarily require an in-house lawyer — that's exactly where my role comes in.
