• Track and validate defects, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate on resolutions with dev and business
teams.
• Maintain testing documentation including cases, plans, and reports.
• Test case creation for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Perform functional, smoke and regression testing.
• Ensure tasks are completed on a timely basis and conform to
specifications/processes and standardized best practices.
