• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and overdue accounts
• Follow up on payments via emails, phone calls, and statements.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Apply incoming payments to correct accounts and invoices.
• Prepare and analyze the Contract of Lease of the customer on time.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide status invoices.
• Coordinate with the Finance Manager to resolve billing issues.
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and process payment (Checks, bank transfer, online payment.
• Prepare BIR 2307 forms for suppliers.
• Handle inquiries from vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payment.
• Prepare, analyze, submit, and pay the BIR Form through EFPS and EBirform on time.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for BIR compliance (withholding tax, VAT, and other statutory filings).
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing, accruals, and reporting.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Excel and Accounting Software, including cash receipts, disbursements, and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulatory requirements.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with bank representatives to maintain and update corporate bank accounts, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with banking requirements.
• Prepare, analyze, and process payroll promptly
• Prepare and process Business Permits, Transfers of Title, and Transfers of Ownership on time.
• Prepare, file, process, and submit the Articles and bylaws and General Sheet Information to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on time.
