Community development professional with over nine years of experience designing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating and supporting complex projects funded by USAID, CDC/PEPFAR, AICS and the Italian Ministry of the Interior.
Specialized in local governance, community development, gender and inclusion, institutional capacity building and stakeholder mobilization, I support public institutions, NGOs and community organizations in the implementation of participatory approaches aimed at the sustainable improvement of policies and programs.
My experience covers multi-stakeholder coordination, facilitation of consultations, needs analysis, change management, capitalization of good practices as well as monitoring and evaluation of health, protection, nutrition, WASH and economic empowerment interventions.
I work in multicultural environments with a focus on community participation, equity, gender and the reduction of inequalities.
