I’m Latika Godhwani, an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak with a strong interest in strategic management and consulting. I’m passionate about helping organizations make informed, data-driven decisions and translating strategic goals into actionable business outcomes.

My professional journey spans diverse sectors — from technology and public service to manufacturing — through roles at Tata Consultancy Services, India Post, and the District & Sessions Court. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in process optimization, stakeholder management, and digital transformation.

Currently, I work in the Founder’s Office at Lohia Corp, a $100 mn manufacturing conglomerate, where I collaborate with leadership on business analytics, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives across manufacturing, R&D, and commercial functions.

I aspire to continue building my career in management consulting and corporate strategy, leveraging my analytical acumen and cross-functional experience to drive impactful business transformation.
