As Head of Research & Development at Al Wazzan International Company, I lead innovation and project execution across one of the region’s largest cloud kitchen networks, home to 36 diverse F&B brands. Our portfolio spans multiple cuisines and markets, with standout success in Japanese sushi concepts, frozen foods, and a wide array of consumer favorites—from sandwiches, main courses, and salads to cookies, ice cream, wet cakes, fried chicken, burgers, and buffalo wings.

In my role, I am at the forefront of driving projects from ideation through R&D to operational handover, ensuring every concept is scalable, profitable, and operationally sound. My leadership extends beyond product development—I also oversee and manage B2B operations, building strategic partnerships that expand our reach and strengthen our market position.
