Mai Britt Larsen

Hi! I'm a native German and Danish speaker offering flexible administrative, research, and language support to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and international companies.

I have several years of professional experience from both Germany and Denmark, working with administration, coordination, customer and supplier communication, logistics, documentation, and research. In Germany, I have also worked with administrative tasks such as invoicing and settlements.

Today, my work includes logistics, export documentation, and coordinating international shipments. I am used to working independently, keeping track of details, and getting things done without needing constant supervision.

I can help with tasks such as:

General administrative support
Invoicing and settlements
Data entry and Excel tasks
Online and market research
Document preparation and documentation
Order and supplier follow-up
CRM and ERP administration
German and Danish proofreading
Danish–German translation and localization
German, Danish, and English correspondence

I speak and write both German and Danish at native level and am fluent in English.

I am particularly interested in smaller, flexible assignments. You don't need to have 20 hours of work for me every week – I'm equally happy to help with a one-off task, a few hours per month, or ongoing administrative support.

If you have a task that has been sitting on your desk for too long, need help researching something, or simply need an extra pair of reliable hands for a few hours, feel free to get in touch.
