From there, I transitioned into the world of Technical Support and Trust & Safety, spending over 4 years working with AWS, Cloud Security, Customer Support, and Abuse Prevention.

Those years taught me how technology connects us — and how empathy and problem-solving can make a real difference in digital spaces.
