Michael Denny

I’m an experienced international recruiter with 15+ years across agency, in-house, RPO and consultancy environments, working with startups, scaleups and large multinational organisations across Europe, the U.S. and other international markets.

I have extensive full-cycle recruitment experience across technical, commercial and corporate functions, with a particularly strong background in technology and engineering recruitment. Recent projects have included Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity and technical leadership, alongside senior Sales, Finance and Operations positions.

My approach is highly data and process focused. In addition to hands-on recruitment, I have built and improved recruitment functions, implemented and optimised ATS platforms, introduced automation, standardised processes and documentation, and used recruitment data and reporting to improve efficiency, communication and candidate experience.

I also bring wider HR and operational experience, which means I understand recruitment not just as sourcing candidates, but as part of the broader people and business operation.

I’m comfortable working independently, partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, and taking ownership of a recruitment project from initial requirement through to successful hire.
