I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with experience in customer service, call center operations, and data entry. I previously worked as a call center agent, where I handled customer concerns, answered inquiries, provided technical and account assistance, and maintained professional communication with clients. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, I also have experience in data entry tasks, specifically gathering product prices from company or client websites and accurately encoding the information into Excel spreadsheets. My responsibilities included visiting websites, copying and pasting product prices, organizing data properly, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records. This experience enhanced my attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy, and familiarity with online research and Microsoft Excel.
