Leadership & Team Management: I lead and manage the laboratory team, demonstrating strong people management and leadership skills. I foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: I oversee outsourced testing of products internally and externally, maintaining product conformity to EN 197 and ASTM C150 standards. I uphold the ISO 9001 quality management system and lead routine process and product audits to ensure compliance.

Equipment & Data Management: I ensure the accuracy of laboratory equipment through regular calibration and organize service visits for machine maintenance. I compile and submit weekly quality reports, monitoring standards of performance and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Production Planning & Continuous Improvement: I drive the implementation of production and quality plans to meet deadlines and enhance efficiency. I identify and analyze recurring issues, recommending solutions and developing lab testing procedures for consistent and accurate quality assessments.
