I build the HR infrastructure most companies realize they should have built years earlier.
Over the last 10 years, I have focused on the operational backbone of HR the systems, structures, and governance layers that keep organizations scalable, compliant, and execution-ready. This includes HRMS implementation, compensation architecture with PF, ESIC, and PT compliance embedded into design, bilingual policy frameworks that frontline teams can actually understand, and Excel-based control systems that bring discipline to daily people operations.
My work sits at the intersection of structure and execution. I build the mechanisms that prevent HR from becoming reactive, fragmented, or overly dependent on individuals.
My core areas include HRMS evaluation and implementation, statutory-compliant salary structure design, CTC and payroll logic tools, employee handbooks, dual-language policy development, POSH compliance frameworks, performance management systems, learning journeys, and onboarding architectures built around operational reality rather than generic theory.
I typically work with founders, business leaders, and HR heads who have outgrown informal processes and need HR to function with the rigor of operations. While my experience has been shaped in hospitality — one of the most operationally complex, compliance-sensitive, multilingual, and shift-driven industries — the systems I build are designed to work across any business that is moving from ad hoc people management to structured scale.
When an organization is ready to bring order, visibility, and operating discipline into its people function, that is where I add value.
