I am a professional graduated in Systems Analysis and Development, with practical experience in administrative and Information Technology areas, mainly working with technical support (Helpdesk) and internal systems.

I have experience in 1st-level support, solving problems related to hardware, software, and network, as well as maintaining and monitoring management systems developed with Microsoft Access and Excel (VBA). I also participated in the implementation process of a new internal system, providing technical feedback and improvement suggestions.
