Install, service, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, cold rooms, and freezers

Diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems and carry out effective repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency

Handle refrigerants safely: recovery, evacuation, charging, and leak detection in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals

Install and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, thermostats, and control systems

Test system performance using gauges, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools

Ensure proper airflow, ducting, insulation, and drainage systems are correctly installed and functioning

Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime

Keep accurate maintenance records, service reports, and job cards

Advise clients on proper system use, maintenance schedules, and energy-saving practices

Comply with workplace safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
