Project Director / PMO with more than 10 years of experience in the management of data governance projects, digital transformation, implementation or development of EDM, migration (document or IS), functional and technical analysis. Projects carried out by clients such as Malakoff Humanis, Groupama, Loxam, Vilavi Group, Société Générale, etc.
I work with business and technical departments in EDM, Data Governance and Data Sharing projects in complex international environments using an agile or V-cycle method.
During these projects, I establish specifications during various workshops with the business teams concerned, where I identify, prioritize and qualify the data, I fill in the data retention periods as well as the exception rules, I integrate the purge strategies, all in accordance with the GDPR rules. Then, after validation of the specifications, I organize and develop Data Sharing with the business teams. Also, I deliver a nomenclature allowing better management and ensures consistency in the methodologies used for the exploitation of data. Finally, I manage and organize the design of a dashboard allowing and facilitating the governance and exploitation of data
I have set up digital transformation projects by implementing or developing existing EDMs that aim to simplify document exchanges (internal and external), to automate a large number of tasks during the subscription, invoicing or task follow-up processes or others... All this while synchronizing them with CRMs and ERPs.
I take charge with the business lines of the redesign of the use cases by adapting them to the new IS. I develop the technical and functional matrices of the solutions (EDM, CRM) as well as the cost-benefit matrices for the business and IT departments
During the scoping phase, I carry out all the deliverables, study of the needs, feasibility and opportunity study, the specifications and the impact studies that will be necessary for the right decision-making, and pilot and organize the comitology around the project with all the stakeholders.
I have led several migrations, to target EDMs such as Sharepoint, Documentum, IBM Filenet, M'Files, Alfresco, Core-Content, Docuware, while carrying out POCs with different document injection tools.
I have in-depth expertise in EDM systems, ADR/LAD, desktop publishing, task automation, rights and access rules, authentication, provisioning, architecture and flows, as well as in GDPR enforcement and data sharing.
