Zoho CRM handling the sales lifecycle. Inventory synced with execution layers. Role-based access across departments. Their entire manual process -- gone.

𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 -- Slovenian distributor running everything on spreadsheets. I built an end-to-end system in Zoho Creator that pulls supplier invoices from email, converts them into purchase receives, and updates stock across 2 warehouses. The hard part was managing the same product from multiple brands with average costing and selling prices across both locations. Replaced their spreadsheets and automated 30% of daily operations. All Zoho Creator + Deluge.

𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 -- designed the full Zoho One architecture. Zoho CRM runs the customer lifecycle from lead to invoice. Zoho Creator handles the pricing engine -- m2 calculations, waste rules, pack rounding, labour logic, subfloor preparation. Zoho FSM manages fitter schedules and mobile job sheets. Xero integration for automated invoice push and payment sync. Quote to job to invoice -- one connected system.
