Handle daily administrative operations and office documentation
Prepare payroll calculations, including salaries, allowances, overtime, and deductions
Process statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, and related employee contributions
Assist in preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and basic financial summaries
Maintain proper records for accounting and administrative purposes
Coordinate with management, accountants, and relevant authorities when required
Provide general HR support, including employee records and basic HR administration
Assist with basic graphic design tasks, such as simple promotional materials and internal visuals
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational support duties as assigned
