We’re hiring remote lead generators and sales professionals to help source and connect buyers and sellers of commercial real estate in Dallas, Texas.
You’ll play a key role in identifying qualified prospects and facilitating introductions to our licensed team on the ground. If you’re persuasive, disciplined, and know how to identify serious players in the real estate space, this role is for you.
🔍 Your Responsibilities:
Source and qualify commercial real estate buyers and sellers using our data tools and CRM
Focus on high-potential leads in office, retail, land, and multifamily sectors
Use our provided systems, scripts, and data to make contact, pitch, and pre-qualify interest
Submit qualified leads directly into our internal system for follow-up by our Dallas-based team
Maintain accurate records of lead activity and communication within our CRM

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in sales, real estate, lead generation, or commercial prospecting
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Confident in cold outreach and navigating decision-makers
Comfortable using digital tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, and call software
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Self-disciplined, organized, and consistent with reporting and follow-ups
